Privacy notice.
Short, because there isn't much to it.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form, meaning your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. Forms are delivered to Jake Klimas at Corcoran Perry & Co. by Netlify, the hosting service. The site carries a Google tag for advertising measurement, which records page views and form completions so I can tell which advertising works. It doesn't see what you type into a form, and you can block it with any standard browser setting. The site sets no cookies of its own beyond those tools. The hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address and pages requested) for security and performance.
Weather on the homepage
The drawing on the homepage shows Denver's current weather. To get it, your browser asks Open-Meteo, a free public weather service, for the weather in Denver. The request asks only for Denver's weather. Like any web request it comes from your browser's internet address, but nothing else about you is sent, and no cookie is set.
How it's used
To respond to your inquiry and, if you asked for it, to send the Market Report. Every report includes an unsubscribe link. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.
